With your own Nitrogen tank, you can enhance your home dispense system, enabling Nitro-Draft capability. Fill it with a beer gas mix (70% Nitrogen/30% CO2) to dispense beers 'On Nitro.' Additionally, 100% Nitrogen is the recommended gas for dispensing cold brew coffee, wine, Sangria, and premixed cocktails on draft.
Remember, aluminum tanks are superior to steel in terms of rust resistance. All tanks are shipped empty, and you can have them filled at your local welding supply shop. When opting to fill the tank, your local gas supplier will attach the correct neck label, indicating the gas within the cylinder.
Always store your tanks in an upright position for safety and proper use.
