For items purchased online, returns are accepted if item arrives damaged or defective. We will refund, replace, or repair your damaged product. To initiate a return, please contact us at to obtain a return authorization. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 60 days of receipt to receive a refund.  

One-year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all our products, after you contact us, we will connect you directly with a Returns Specialist for further instructions. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Items

The Following Items: Clearance Items, Final Sale Items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

Condition of Items

All items must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging intact and tags attached.

Form of Payment

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
